Cancellation Policy

If the client does not cancel within 24 hours from the beginning of their appointment, there will be a cancellation fee depending on the time slot of the service booked.

Any service from 45 minutes to 1 hour is a $25 fee.

Any service from 1-2 hours is a $50 fee.

Any service over 2 hours is a $75 fee.

Redo Policy

If the stylist does not achieve the desired results of the client, the stylist will make any changes needed within 7 days to correct the results of what was initially discussed during the consultation.

A redo is not valid should the client change their mind on what they desire. The client's desire to change the results discussed in the consultation before the service provided would require a separate appointment and normal costs would apply.
